Annual Awards
The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) presents awards at the Spring Dinner in May each year.  Award recipients exemplify the goals and ethical standards embodied in CTLA’s Mission Statement — individuals committed to the protection and advancement of trial advocacy skills, high ethical standards and professionalism in preserving and improving the American system of jurisprudence.

CASE OF THE YEAR AWARD

 

Award Criteria - 2018 Nominations will be accepted until February, 2019.
The Case of the Year Award acknowledges the positive impact that a single case can have on correcting injustices, advancing fairness under the law, changing attitudes or providing economic incentives to protect public safety. The award allows us to recognize great achievements among us, reminds us of the positive impacts we have made, encourages us to take unique challenges and provides another opportunity for educating the public of the good that trial lawyers perform. A LAWSUIT MUST HAVE BEEN FILED IN THE CASE.
