Case Assistance Roundtable

The Case Assistance Roundtable, chaired by Alana Anzalone, Jessica Jackson, Ed Lomena, and Thomas Neville, takes place on Thursday, March 11 from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. by ZOOM.

During this meeting, CTLA Treasurer Sam Cannon of Cannon Law and David Klibaner of the Klibaner Law Firm PC will discuss “Fighting Unrecorded Neuropsych Rule 35 Exams...Or How We Learned to Stop Stipulating and Love Litigation.”  In TBI cases, the defense will likely demand that your client spends eight hours being interviewed and tested by the defense retained expert witness without any unbiased record of what took place. In any other context, this demand would be laughed out of court.  But, courts routinely grant these defense demands, and plaintiffs' attorneys usually don’t even try to oppose them.  Find out why it's so important to fight these requests and how you can do so effectively.
